Steps to get started
The first steps for embarking on a product life cycle analysis are:
- Identifying the specific product/service and boundaries you want to assess (eg: cradle-to-cradle or cradle-to-grave).
- Once you have this, you can begin to map the specific supply chain for the product/service, including upstream and downstream transportation, manufacturing, and raw material inputs. Creating a supply chain map is essential to make sure you collect the right data, and not missing any key emissions sources.
