The Carriage of Dangerous Goods (Amendment) Regulations 2019 – This regulation now includes the transportation by water way of class 7 goods. The following heading has been altered; ‘Radiological Emergencies.’ It now reads; ‘Radiological Emergencies and Notifiable Events’ (Part 5). Schedule 2 has been altered, which will change on exit day.

The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019– this is a draft piece of legislation that will come into force when the UK exits Europe. It is in place to address any shortfalls in UK legislation that may arise from exiting Europe.

The Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 – If the UK leaves Europe with a no deal, this amendment will ensure that relevant legislation will be withheld in the UK. For example, The Noise Emission in the Environment by Equipment for use Outdoors Regulations 2001

The Nitrate Pollution Prevention (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 – deadlines for regulations have been pushed back. After Welsh ministers designate nitrate vulnerable zones the legislation will take force after the second calendar year. In some cases after the third calendar year.
