The Climate Change Act 2008 (2050 Target Amendment) Order 2019
From June 2019 the UK has implemented a new target: To reduce carbon emissions by 100% by 2050. This is in accordance with the 1990 baseline.
This is fabulous news – things are moving in the right direction.

The Air Quality (Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles Database) (England and Wales) Regulations 2019.
A new regulation came in place on May 1st 2019 to ensure all taxis and private hire vehicles have the correct licenses required. This database will ensure that clean air zones are adhered to.
The Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2019
A small change has been made regarding the numbering of clauses.
The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme and Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2019 SI: 2019/ 1052
This policy has been amended to reflect the tariff dates that have changed. Applications need to be made before 17th July 2019
