All amends regarding the UK leaving the EU will only take place on the day of exit. 

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Miscellaneous Amendments etc.) Regulations 2019

Sections which have been amended are: Bathing Water Regulations 2013, the list of bathing areas has changed. The new list will be published. In addition, small amendments have been made to Nitrate Pollution Prevention Regulations 2015 covering definitions.

The Conservation of habitats and Species (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

Amendments have been made to ensure all legislation applies when the UK leaves the EU. Areas of change have been made in: The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 and Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981: England and Wales

The Ozone-Depleting Substances and Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

To account for the UK leaving the EU technical amendments have been made to ensure no UK law is upheld regardless of not being in the EU. Sections which changed are; The Ozone- Depleting Substances Regulations 2015 and The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas Regulations 2015.

The Rural Affairs, Environment, Fisheries and Food (Miscellaneous Amendments and Revocations) (Wales) Regulations 2019

Minor amendments were made to: The Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (Wales) Regulations 2009, The Air Quality Standards (Wales) Regulations 2010 and The Private Water Supplies (Wales) Regulations 2017

 

The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment) Regulations 2019

Small changes have been made in reference to technical aspects of the legislation. In addition, regulation 6 has been removed (regarding specific EEE not to be used).
