What is your business superpower?
I would say that our
How do you engage your staff, suppliers
and customers with your mission and purpose?
The way that we engage them is that we ensure that they are cultured into our values and morals since day one. We look for people whom we share the same values and approach such us. We ensure that we communicate these values to everyone by imprinting them on everything that is manuals,
When it comes to running an ethical and sustainable business what has been your biggest struggle and how have you overcome it?
Our biggest struggle was experienced about 9 years ago when we were working mostly in the public sector. We had become over-reliant on the public sector
If you could offer one piece of advice to our listeners that would help them with their mission and purpose what would it be?
You can be sustainable in every sense. We are a testament to that which means that you can also do it.
Can you tell us how you approach environmental management and your carbon footprints?
We have a relatively small carbon footprint since we provide services as compared to producing products. For
