Project: Building an Environmental Management System.
Objectives:
- Increase the financial bottom-line

- Installing the IEMA Acorn system up to Phase 3
- Reduce Utilities from between 10-30%
- Understand waste disposal and what bins were needed for a recycling system through conducting a waste audit
- Introducing a low energy campaign
- Advising on climate neutral projects
- Writing Environmental Policy
