- Electronified all files, re-organised operations into a more dynamic business tool.
- Completed an appraisal of all staff.
- Trained a third of the 70 staff within the firm
- Liaised with operations designing incentives for staff improvement.
- Implemented a quality control system.
- This project was carried out quickly and efficiently, providing a cost effective service reducing administrative staff overheads and improving staff morale.
