Undertook a commercial review of subcontract packages on a £400m new-build station project. Tasks included auditing actual cost under the NEC standard form contract to determine amounts due under the Contract.

Commercial cost audits of a number of subcontract packages on the Thames Tunnel section of the £5.5 billion Channel Tunnel Rail Link high speed rail development project. Responsible for various packages ranging from £150,000 to £20m.

Undertook a commercial review of subcontract packages on the Stratford International Station development project. Tasks included auditing actual cost under the NEC standard form contract to determine amounts due under the Contract.

Provided commercial advice on the £500m Temple Mills train depot development this included providing assistance to the appointed expert witness on Quantum during £20m adjudication. Responsible for undertaking a full take off of the steel package and auditing the associated costs.
